• Manage Java based application
• Provide phone, email and chat support
• Whenever required, make customised SQL queries and pull out the reports
• Maintain Java application up and running on server, in case required, run diagnostic on the server
• Note down the in-house clients business requirement related to application and coordinate with development team to complete
• Deploy the changes (CR) on server
• Manage tickets using ticket platform

Qualification: Graduate, Post Graduate BSC, BE/BTech, MCA
